How do you know if the patient has taken the medication?

We measure adherence and compliance when a pack is dispensed and the patient removes it from the spencer device.

How can you monitor adherence if patients do not travel with spencer?

Today we monitor adherence the same was as we do when they are at the device. As long as they use the Meds on the Go feature we capture the pouches dispensed.
